Undercover Safari Tents designs and manufactures high quality modular glamping safari tents from our workshop in Ballina, NSW. For more than 17 years we’ve supplied durable and low-maintenance accommodation to holiday parks, eco resorts, councils and private operators across Australia from bush to coast.
Every tent is built using a strong local supply chain across the Northern Rivers, NSW and QLD. Our team manages manufacturing, delivery and installation in-house, ensuring consistent quality and a smooth project from start to finish.
Melaleuca is our signature safari tent. Engineered for Australia’s harsh and unique conditions with minimal environmental impact, each tent is manufactured locally. Durable materials selected for long-term performance maximise return on investment (ROI). Each unit is fully modular, allowing fast panel replacement and minimal downtime for operators.
All Undercover Safari Tents are 4.5m wide with a choice of four standard lengths to suit a variety of sites and guest configurations. Customised sizing and solutions are also available upon consultation.

Ensuites are built in Ballina using Colorbond exteriors, tiled interiors and high-quality fixtures designed for luxury and commercial use. Clients can select between a Standard ensuite, an extended Honeymoon ensuite with double shower, separate WC and luxury fittings, or an Accessible ensuite with customised floorplan and specialised fittings.
Our team works with each client to align the final configuration with the intended guest experience. Window placement, panel layouts and internal flow can be customised, while ensuring structural integrity and longevity.
